● Mingtai 5182 aluminum strip shape follows strict requirements as follows:
We guarantee a high flatness by preventing any obvious waves in strips. The wave height should not exceed 3mm within 1 meter and wave numbers should not surpass 3 per meter. The edge bending should be less than 0.5mm for each length of 2000mm randomly selected. We also ensure that the end buckling height is less than or equal to 7mm for each length of 1500mm randomly cut. Besides, we don’t allow any joints for the strip.
● Mingtai 5182 aluminum strip surface and transverse meet quality requirements as follows:
We won’t allow any serious bubbles, missed coating, scratches, corrosion, grease spots, peeling, streaks, chromatic aberration, mottling patterns, or roll marks on the surface to assure the high-quality appearance of our products. We ensure that the transverse is perfectly trimmed and tightly rolled without loosening layers.
