5052 Aluminum Bars are made with an alloy mixture of Aluminum with chromium and magnesium mixed in the ratio of 2.5% magnesium and 0.25% chromium. The Magnesium content helps the bars to have better performance at low-temperature applications and the chromium content helps the ASTM B221 Aluminum 5052 Bars to have better resistivity against corrosion in various corrosive environments.
